He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Rodriguez and Juanita Rodriguez; and his brother David Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Dominga Rodriguez (Cruz); his sons, Jesse Cruz (Diana), Johnny Rodriguez, Emelio Rodriguez Jr. (Victoria), Estevan Rodriguez (Jenna) and Jeremiah Rodriguez (Madison); and his sisters, Guadalupe, Virginia and Carmen of Texas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
