He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Passarelli and Virginia Passarelli (Tenuta); his son Michael Passarelli; his parents-in-law, Sam and Sue Puntillo; his siblings, Rosina Pulice (Giuseppe), Concetta Caira (Francesco) and Antonio "Tony" Passarelli; his brothers-in-law, Pietro Ruffolo, Domenico Savaglio, James and Charles Puntillo; his niece Maria Pulice; and his nephews, Francesco "Frank" Passarelli and Benedetto "Benny" Savaglio.

He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Passarelli; his children, Susanna Elrod (Kevin), Joseph Passarelli (Michelle Kloehn) and Rosemarie Habel; his grandchildren, Steven, Christopher Elrod and Sofia Habel; his siblings, Esterina Savaglio, Rita Ruffolo and Giovanni Passarelli (Rosetta); his sister-in-law Carmella Passarelli; and his sister Lucille Ann Puntillo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
