He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Tenuta and Filomena Tenuta (Sessa); his wife Joyce L. Tenuta (Sonquist); his children, Kathleen T. Rasmus MD and James E. Tenuta; his daughter-in-law Karen Tenuta; his siblings, Jack Tenuta, Frank Tenuta, Emil Tenuta and Carmella Rende; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Rende, Jean Tenuta, Julia Tenuta and Gerald (Frances Sonquist).
He is survived by: his son Jeff Tenuta; his son-in-law Bill Rasmus MD of Santa Monica, CA; and his grandchildren, Jackie Tenuta (Andrew Schiffleger), Christopher and Cody Rasmus (Susie Harris). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
