He was predeceased by: his parents, John Friesen and Katie Friesen (Rahn); and his siblings, Gerhard, Orlando (Delores), Jacob (Ardith), John Friesen, Tina Friesen, Helen Regehr (Harry) and Olga Schmidt (Glenn).
He is survived by: his children, Lynell Friesen (Debbie) of Sheboygan, DeLyn Friesen (Catherine) of La Vergne, TN, Vianne Berwick of Rochester, MN and Jolene Fraser of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Joshua Friesen (Becky), Sarah Wurdeman (Aaron), Micah Friesen (Alexa), Jeremy Friesen, Dr. Britney Friesen, Jayson Friesen (Cheyenne), Evan Berwick, Janae McBroom (Lucas), Heide Woodward (Joel) and Emily Fraser; his great grandchildren, Caelyn, Avery Friesen, Austin, Mikayla, Maddyson and Mackenzie Woodward; his brothers, Art (Maralyn), Ben, Harold (Elzora), Ernest (Debbie), Marvin (Janice) and Elvin Friesen (Sherry); and his sisters-in-law, Roselyn and Elna Friesen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
