She was predeceased by: her father Ramon Garza; and her sister Amanda "Mandy" Andraschko. She is survived by: her mother Jesusita Garza (Ynclan); her husband Paul Kirsch; her sister Alma Barsuli (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Becca Schmitt (Dylan), Kyle Andraschko (Samantha Pestka), Rachel Andraschko, Vinnie Barsuli (Nancy Muniz) and Alex Barsuli; and her brother-in-law Rick Andraschko.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the family.

My late wife and I used to call her “mom”, if we had questions of our early relationship we would have to run it past “mom” many wonderful memories. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. It’s been said that death is a part of life , and that we will see one another again ..one day Ann and I will again have to run something past Eva . She will be missed.”
