She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hawkins and Nettie Hawkins (Chaney); her sister Betty Leek; and her children, Ellen, David and Eric (June).
She is survived by: her husband Don Bastman; and her siblings, Joseph Hawkins (Patricia) of Pleasant Prairie and Yvonne Hawkins of Wyoming. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
