It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Luepkes (Kenosha, Wisconsin), born in Jacksonville, Alabama, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Chandler and Zettia Chandler (Miller); and her siblings, Daris Robison, Carlie Chandler, Johnnie Chandler and Bobbie Chandler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Raymond, Crystal Castellanos and Darlene Chandler; her grandchildren, Frances Wakefield, Spring Breeze Garcia, Luis A. Castellanos, Laticia N. Castellanos, Nathan "Tater" Hawkins and Dameon Chandler; her great grandchildren, Dakota Chandler, Kane Chandler, Nina Nieves, Stevee Perales, Vanessa Eddleston and Alexis Emerald Castellanos; and her great great grandchildren, Franky Resendiz and Savannah Cambree Castellanos.
