He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Picazo and Isabel Picazo (Garcia); and his siblings, Inez, Constance, Richard, Margaret, Robert and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Picazo; his children, Gregory Picazo (Karen), Renee Picazo, Gail Picazo Rohde, Nick Picazo, Doug Sorensen and Scott Sorensen; his grandsons, Jack Loring, Daniel Alpert, Spencer Tostrud (Karen) and Ken Picazo; his great grandchildren, Leah Tostrud and Sadie Loring; and his siblings, Rosalie Johnston, Sara Abrego, Ralph Abrego and Sam Abrego. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kemper Center Founders Hall (6501 3rd Ave, Kenosha, WI 53143). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
