He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Hagen and LaVerne Hagen (Fishback); his siblings, David and Barbara; and his grandson Maverick.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Beam (Hagen), Christie Steinberg (Hagen) and Katy Hoff (Hagen); his wife Joy Hagen (Weyrauch); and his grandchildren, Henry, Sam, Ace and Lily. He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his daughters.
