He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Powell and Doris Powell (Boone); and his sister Lorrie Powell. He is survived by: his wife Paula Powell (Althoff); his sons, Adam Powell (Taylor) and Andrew Powell; his grandchildren, Theodore and Emma; and his brother Earl Powell (Lydia).
