She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dye and Arminda Dye (McCown); her husband Walter Czadzeck; her sons, Walter Czadzeck Jr. and Michael Czadzeck; her siblings, Ned Dye, John Dye, Bill Dye and Adah Keeton (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Dean Czadzeck, Amanda Shuttleworth and Damion Czadzeck.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Czadzeck (Karen) of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Elizabeth Czadzeck of Kenosha, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Dale Czadzeck, Derek Czadzeck, Doyle Czadzeck, Mike Czadzeck, Jamie Czadzeck, Robert Czadzeck, Clayton Czadzeck, Elizabeth Holmes, Benjamin Czadzeck, Paul Stanton (Rick), Ashley Shuttleworth, Cheyenne Shuttleworth and Alec Swanson; and her sisters, Pauline Warner of Martinsburg, Virginia and Mary Lou Key of Cookeville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
