He is survived by: his wife Tracy Carr of Kenosha; his children, Lee Carr, Teresa Williams (Jake), Ashley Anglin of Kenosha, Tyler Eddy of Kenosha and Shea Carr of Zion, IL; and his siblings, Dale Carr, Larry Carr, David Carr (Roxane Smith), Christina Spears (William) of Kenosha, Sandra Cass (Neil) and Jerri Applin. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
