He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Carreon and Tracy Carreon (Miller); his sibling Jacy (Jade); his wife Jessica Carreon; his daughters, Jacy and Jade Carreon; his sister Stormi Carreon; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Cindi Whitefoot; and his siblings-in-law, Kristina Whitefoot, Amanda Bergemann (Scott) and Jerad Whitefoot. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials towards James' daughter's education funds would be appreciated.
