He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Collins and Evalee Collins (Ritchie); his grandson Brent Behl; his great grandchildren, Melody Thrasher and Madison Lhamon; and his nieces, Linda Gallo and Jill Vergenz.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Potter; his daughters, Lori Thrasher (Kenneth), Pam Collins and Lyn Hartnell (Carl); his grandchildren, Derrick, Danielle, Cheyenne, Dakota, Kendra, Caleb, Kayla, Randy and Jimmy; his siblings, John Collins and Carol Cress; and his pet Finn. He is also survived by his 15 great grandchildren.
Memorials would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association.
