He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Oliak and Mary Oliak (Lazar); and his daughter Melissa Oliak. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Talbert; and his siblings, Nancy Caskey (Gary), Carol Lewis (John), Barb Oliak-Hunt (Craig), Ken Oliak (Marilyn) and Bob Torrey (Judy).
