James Gename Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2025, at the age of 92, James Gename (Kenosha, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gename and Lucille Gename (Young); his wives, Janice Kolb and Joyce Gename; his son Scott Gename; his sisters, Shirley Spence and JoAnn Johnson; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Belongia, Vince Shuler, Cliff Johnson and Don Spence; and his great grandchild Cole Wade.
He is survived by: his former wife Joan Pfeifer of Kenosha, WI; his children, Roger Gename (Margaret) of Pardeeville, WI, Russ Gename (Sharon) of Kenosha, WI and Robin Wade (Phil) of Kenosha, WI; and his sisters, Patsy Shuler and Carol Schweitzer (Jim). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
