It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wayne Hackett of Kenosha, Wisconsin, born in Evergreen Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hackett and Myrtle Hackett; his wife Charlotte R. Carlson; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Nevell and Jack Karl.

He is survived by: his sons, Sean (Rachelle), Brian (Kelly) and Mike (Brooke); his grandchildren, Kyle and Mikayla; his sister Marlene Nevell; and his sister-in-law Joyce Karl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
