We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022, at the age of 65, Jay R. Lehman of Kenosha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Priscilla A. Lehman; and his brother Jeffrey David Lehman. He is survived by: his brother John; his father Kenneth J. Lehman of Pleasant Prairie; his sibling's children, Patrick Lehman MD (Mindy), Rebecca (Paul), Kristen Telwak (Michael) and Lauren Mesko (Matt); his uncle Roger; his aunt Judy Lehman of Greendale; his cousins, Brett, Dawn Lehman of Waterford, Todd and Kristin Lehman of Franklin; his close friends, Tom and Kristy Palmer; and his family, Ken, Pam Anderson, John, Cindy Freese, Brian Johnson, Jim Sorenson, Laurie, Bill Brown, Brenda, Peter Zekovic, Timmy, Nancy Trottier (family: Mike, Colleen Knapp), Kathy Perkins Collicki and Karen Schilling Collicki. He is also survived by 12 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to St. Mary Catholic Church, 7307-40th Ave., Kenosha, WI 53142 would be appreciated by the Lehman family.
