He is survived by: his wife Joan Nelson; his children, David Rubenstein (Julie), Karin Rubenstein, Brian Rubenstein, Leslie Johnson (Scott) and Dana Mortensen (Dan); and his grandchildren, Josh, Georgia, Sam, Max, Tyler, Emma and Jakob. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
