He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry "Buck" Buchanan and Bonnie Jean LaRose; his wife Tina Marie Buchanan; his stepbrother Kevin; and his father-in-law Floyd.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott, Jeffrey II and Steven; his sisters, Cathy and Christy; his stepparents, Lenny and Donna; his mother-in-law Eva; his siblings-in-law, Tami (Brian) and Tim; and his nieces and nephews, Heidi, Jessica, Jennifer, Hannah, Nick and Josh.
