He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Belcher Senior and Viola Bertha Ripley Belcher; his wife Gloria Jean Belcher; his daughter Viola Belcher Gilbert; and his siblings, Ted, George, Robert Belcher, Ann Belcher and Armajean Burns.
He is survived by: his siblings, James, Frank, Norman Belcher, Eva Pitcher and Ramona Cooley; his daughters, Rebecca Adams (William Adams) and Cecelia Nason (Seth Munro); and his grandchildren, Grace Adams Crowell (Brett Crowell), Cylie Kennedy (Cody Jameson), Joshua Gilbert, Melanie Adams Thomas (Tyler Thomas), Nicole Pratt, Justyce Nason, Patrick Adams, Chase Nason and Samuel Adams (Sirrenda Hayes Adams). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
