She was predeceased by: her parents, John Buchacek and Marie Buchacek (Voeltner); her husband Harry Holmes; and her son-in-law James Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, John Holmes, Jeanne Hoffman and Donna Plunkett (Jerry); her grandsons, Dante Salinas (Lisandra), David Plunkett, Michael Plunkett, James Hoffman III and Daniel Hoffman; and her great grandchild Mack Salinas.
