He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Joseph Jonker and Magdalen C. Jonker; and his brother Jeffrey Jonker. He is survived by: his siblings, James (Helen) of Woodstock, Joe (Debra) of Hebron and Janet Sanders (Steve) of Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in John's name to the American Cancer Society.
