He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lesnik and Mary Jessie Lesnik (Ziolkowski); and his son Michael John Lesnik. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lesnik (Frye); his children, Mark Lesnik (Jeana) and Heather Lesnik (Jody Trieloff); his grandchildren, Ryne Lesnik, Matthew Lesnik, Logan Trieloff and Lauren Trieloff; his brothers, James Lesnik and Joseph Lesnik; his nephew Jeff Lesnik (Laurdus); his nieces, Jennifer Lesnik and Theresa Lesnik; his great-nieces, Gianna and Viviana Lesnik; his great-nephew Jimmy Lesnik; his sisters-in-law, Barb Lesnik and Jane Cromer-Lesnik; and his in-laws, Chester and Anne Frye.
