He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Andrew Potter and Alice Potter (Tower); his wife Carol Ann Potter (Martin); his brother-in-law Dick Kinter; and his sister Judith Kinter.
He is survived by: his children, James Potter (Heidi) of Wind Lake, WI, Richard Potter (Sondra) of Oklahoma and Susan Pineda (Miquel) of Guatemala; and his stepchildren, David Zoerner (Amy) of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Nancy Zoerner Garcia of Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
