She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Klyzub and Marion Kresal; and her former husband Jeff Perry. She is survived by: her son Mitchell Perry (Klyzub) of Kenosha; and her close friends, Sandra Lentz, Helen Ladd, Pam Gyger and Kim Moczynski. She is also survived by siblings, cousins.
