He was predeceased by: his father Harold Case; and his siblings, Myrthlee Johnson, Garland "Jim" Case, Bobbyjack Case, Marie Webb and Harold "Buzz" Case.
He is survived by: his sister Karol Gehrke; his nieces, Marsheela Beaster, Dara Willkomm (Mark), Debbie Gehrke and Jenny Gehrke; his great-niece Crystal Case; and his great-nephews, Kody Willkomm (Bryana) and Braden Willkomm.
