He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mentink and Erma Mentink (Brown); his adoptive son Allen Bullamore; and his sisters, Beverly, Jacqueline, Patricia and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Geissner; his children, Cynthia Anderson (Tim) of Antioch, IL, Amy Slechta (Michael) of Burlington, WI and Andrew Mentink of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cameron Anderson, Nicholas and Zachary Slechta; his brothers, Craig Mentink (Mary) of Holmen, WI and Daniel Mentink of Dwight, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Aiello of Racine, WI, Donna Zemke (Earl) of Caledonia, WI, Lois Engel (Ed) of Savannah, GA., James Geissner (Kathy) of Lacrosse, WI and Gary Gibson of New Mexico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
