He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Olsen (Marvin); his wife Suzanne Tapper; his daughter Michelle Makar (Justin Sutherland); his grandson Nicholas Decastro (Leah); his siblings, Steve Olsen, Anne Leverenz (Ron) and Kathy Coughlin (John); and his nieces and nephews, Amber, Ashley, Andi, Lori, Heather, Todd, Justin and Michael.
