He is survived by: his children, Ella Gagliardo (John) of Kenosha, Peter Belmonte (Pamela) of O'Fallon, IL and Mary Ross (Don) of Beach Park, IL; his siblings-in-law, Mary Spizzirri and Val Spizzirri (Geri); and his caregivers, Meghan, Julie and Nicole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
