He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Barbieri and Rosaria Barbieri (Covello); his siblings, Ersila Gora (Norbert) and Venanzia Barbieri; and his brothers-in-law, Giuseppe Cirillo and Armando Bilotto.
He is survived by: his wife Carolina Savaglio; his daughters, Rosanna Molinaro (Romualdo), Lisa Barbieri (Anthony Streit) and Carmela Barbieri (Roberto Piolanti); his grandchildren, Dr. Jessica Molinaro, Jacob Streit, Sofia and Massimo Piolanti; his siblings, Mariano Barbieri (Carmelina), Concetta Mondelli (Frank), Peter Barbieri, Anna Maria Ramunni (Joe), Ada Cirillo and Liliana Calonico (Pierino); and his siblings-in-law, Gilda Bilotto and Vincenzo Savaglio (Anna Maria). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
