With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margret Schmitz of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bryant, and Laverne Bryant, Sr. (Haygood); and her siblings, Sherrill Estes and James Bryant, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Edward P. Schmitz; her sons, Gregory Istvanek (Tania), Douglas Istvanek, Edward J. Schmitz (Jennifer) and Christopher Schmitz (Ashley); her grandchildren, Kala, Cody Istvanek, Steven (Laura), Robin, Ashley Istvanek, Jacob, Andrew, Elizabeth Schmitz, Brina, Ryan and Jaxon Schmitz; and her brother-in-law Ted Estes. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
