She was predeceased by: her father Sylvester Kollmann; her children, Nancy Davis and Daniel R. Plutchak; and her siblings, Therese Winter, Arlene LeRose, Ray Kollmann, Arnold "Joe" Kollmann, Robert Kollmann and Allen Kollmann.
She is survived by: her mother Tessie Kollmann (Fessenden); her children, Susan Lane (late Thomas), Larry Plutchak (Kathy), Joel Plutchak (Barbara Jones), John Plutchak, Gary Plutchak, Amy Preston (Rob), Sandra Plutchak and Kenneth Plutchak (Julie); her grandchildren, Katrina, Ellen, Stephen, Robert III, Conner, Sarah, Daniel, Amy and Brian; and her sisters, Eugenia Gruber (Bob) and Shirley Ruffolo (late Ralph). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
