Smith of Kenosha, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Querns and Rosamond Querns (Hull); and her siblings, Robert Querns and Jean Ebben. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery, Bradley Smith, Jennifer Heinzen (Steve) and Monica Biddle (Joel); her grandchildren, Lindsey Smith, Justin Smith, Alana Biddle, Jared Heinzen and Marisa Heinzen; her stepgrandchildren, Krista Heinzen and Kyle Heinzen; her sister Virginia Querns; and her pet Sunshine.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hospice Alliance or the Alzheimer's Association.
