He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Watring and Rita Watring (Schnaufer). He is survived by: his sons, Frank Petretti-Watring (Fang) and David Petretti-Watring; his granddaughter Francesca; his siblings, Chris Watring (Sue), Carolyn Magnussen (Espen), Janis Barnhill (Tom), John Watring (Rowena) and Amy Shackelford (Ryan); and his former wife Patricia Petretti. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
