She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Willie and Vera Willie (Babcock); her granddaughter Rachael Schmidt; and her siblings, Patsy Nathans, Diana Frye, Richard and James Willie.
She is survived by: her former spouse Gene Fanning; her husband Roger Evans; her children, Deborah Herren (Allen), David Fanning (Lisa), Danial Fanning, Denise Roeder (Chuck), Timothy Fanning and Colonel Evans; and her sisters, Betty Ley, Linda Nickson (Nick) and Jackie Paulson. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren; her 24 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Social distancing will be maintained and those in attendance are required to wear a face covering.
