She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Czeszewski and Agnes Czeszewski (Prym); her husband Jerry; and her granddaughter Sarah Mullins. She is survived by: her children, Brian Mullins (MaryAnn), Keith Mullins (Linda), Sean Mullins (Laura) and Mary Harbach (Scott); her grandchildren, Mallory Rocke, Cory Mullins, Brianna Mullins, Erin Pagliari, Kelly Harbach and Meghan Harbach; and her great grandchildren, Willow Rocke, Leo Mullins, Ellie, Dawson, Bentley, Tinley and Parker Pagliari.
