He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Henningfeld; and his grandparents, Rudolph, Lillian Henningfeld, Thomas and Lucille Hartnell.

He is survived by: his mother Joanne Henningfeld (Hartnell); his wife Joan Michelli; his sister Patti Andrews (Craig); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Tyson (Dave) and Michael Michelli (Karla); and his nieces and nephews, Emily Erickson, Kyle Tyson, Ian Andrews, Emily Procopio, Ryan Michelli, Kaitlyn Minnich, Aaron Michelli and Lauren Michelli. He is also survived by his 9 great-nieces and nephews.
