He was predeceased by: his father John H. Slama; and his mother-in-law Mary Manke. He is survived by: his wife Jodi L. Manke; his daughter Christain June "C. J." Slama; his mother Agnes M. Slama Wilcox; his siblings, Kathleen Nichols (Ed), Ruth Ehrgott (Bill) and David Slama (Robin); and his father-in-law Edward Manke.
