He is survived by: his wife Myra; his son Dennis Smith (Barbara) of Racine, WI; his stepdaughter Dawn Kaye (Phyllip) of Kenosha, WI; and his siblings, Richard Smith, Jeffrey Smith (Sue), Larry Smith (Janet), Lori Rainey (Leonard), Kathy "Sissy" Santos (Army) and Patti Hornacak (Dennis). He is also survived by Eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
