She is survived by: her mother Frances Holtman (Binney); her children, Scott Hoffman, Laura Hoffman, Brian Guarascio and Brandon Guarascio; her grandchildren, Jarrad Hoffman and Nora Hoffman; and her siblings, Jeffery Holtman, Peggy Holtman, Debbie Konings (Jon), Cathy Holtman and James Holtman (Roxanne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
