She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley W. Peterson, Jr. of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois; her brothers, Eugene and John; and her nephews, Matt and John.
She is survived by: her children, David Peterson (Lesly), Lori Harper (Kevin), Dale Peterson (Jennifer) and Daniel Peterson; her grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth, Jorie, Drake, Hollyn, Kailey, Jessica, Jose, Inez and Danica; and her great grandchildren, Cayde and Jackson. She is also survived by her family close even with her youngest son.
As Alzheimer's set in, she still had many moments you could see that sparkle in her eye and feel her gentle touch.
