He is survived by: his friend Zach Garcia; his wife Dr. Katie Walker (Kruse); his children, Bingham and Tatum; his mother Cyndi Pleasant (Hamlet); his stepfather Mark Pleasant; his father-in-law Richard Kruse (Dick); his brother-in-law Kurt Kruse (Kristie); his nieces, Kilie, Khloe and Kenzie Kruse; his brother-in-law Sam Kruse (Dee); his close friends, Lynn Garcia (Johnson), Bart, Kim Bohat (Jensen), Joe, Melissa Andreoli (Shuler), Jeff and Erin Schabel (Shuler); Lyza, Arden, Ben, Brady, Hannah Amann, Rylie and Reese Pritchard.
