Paul A. Capelli Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul A. Capelli (Kenosha, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 17, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Capelli and Josephine Capelli (Ventura). He is survived by: his son-in-law Dr. Michael A. Schellpfeffer; his siblings, Dr. Alfred John "AJ" Capelli, Pauline McTernan (G. Thomas) and Carole Knight (Raymond); his sister-in-law Julie; Dr. Alex MacGillis. He is also survived by His 32 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren will greatly miss their grandfather.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home & Crematory (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A prayer will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Proko Funeral Home (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church (2224 45th St, Kenosha, WI 53140). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. George Cemetery (2909 Sheridan Rd, Kenosha, WI 53140).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kenosha Public Library Foundation.
