She was predeceased by: her parents, Vardie Childers and Bertha Childers (Humphries); her husband William R. "Bill" Munroe; her brother Randy Childers; and her brother-in-law Gery Nies.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Symoens and Roxane Kimball (Tag); and her sister Pat Nies. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, her 5 great grandchildren.
