He is survived by: his wife Migdalia Vazquez of Kenosha; his children, Kristina Flores (Chase Jensen) of Winnebago, Daniel Gawronski (Maria), Monica Dean (Logan), Keishla Perez of Kenosha, Shirley Rivera (Cesar Sanabria) of Kenosha and Kidanny Rosa of Kenosha; and his siblings, Juan Ortiz (Ivelisse) of Peru, Ileana Connell (Chaz), Idsia Vazquez of Puerto Rico and Laisa Vazquez (Ray) of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren.
