He is survived by: his significant other Leslie Fonk of Kenosha; his sister Betty Silvis of Pleasant Prairie; his nieces and nephews, Laurel Sturycz (Jay), Mary Slupik, Adam Slupik (Monida) and Johnathon Slupik; and his great-nephews, Zakariah, Noah and Ezra.
