He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewis and Edith; and his sister Pamela Faye Brown. He is survived by: his brother Geoffrey Zabrowski (Ellen) of Racine; his nieces, Caryn Schwengel (John) of Milwaukee and Janet Zabrowski of Madison; his great-niece Hailey; his great-nephew John Schwengel; and his friend Lisa VanDyke. He is also survived by his fellow residents, friends.
