We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2026, at the age of 94, Richard Hansen of Kenosha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Richard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Richard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hansen and Leonora Hansen (Gnekow). He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Kathleen Hansen (Albert Tims) and William Hansen (Diane); his grandchildren, Thomas Hansen (Stefanie) and Carolyn Jones (Daniel); and his great grandchild Cal Hansen. He is also survived by one sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
