He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Ruffolo and Caroline Ruffolo (Gentile); his stepmother Florence Ruffolo; and his siblings, Kay Sturino, Olivia Sturino and Gabriel Ruffolo Jr..

He is survived by: his former wives, Florence Ruffolo (Greco) and Patricia Loney; his fiancée Kathy Simons; his daughters, Roxanne Patrick Sr. (Robert), Pamela Fulmer (James) and Lori Barengo (Robert); his grandchildren, Larry Yszenga (Elizabeth), Daniel Yszenga (Manda), Dr. Kaleigh Fulmer McGhee (Jake), Sophie Fulmer Maland (Micah), Robert Barengo, Sammie and Richard Barengo (Melanie); his nephew Michael Principe (Mickey); and his caregiver Jenn R.. He is also survived by his nine great grandchildren, many nieces.
